Baan system users’ (nowadays SSA Baan) conferences has a long tradition.

- The first took place in December 1997 in Kraków, in Wawel Royal Castle. Next took place:

- December 1999, Kraków (Wawel)
- December 2001, Elbląg (Alstom)
- June 2002, Kraków (Villa Decius)
- June 2003, Kraków (Collegium Maius)

Nowadays the role of regular users’ conferences has been taken over by SAMBA Seminars, organised at least twice a year by BEELC and the Users’ Club.
The name KUBA (= Klub Użytkowników Baana, acronym for Polish “Baan User Club”) is "made by BEELC" (P.Domański) and was coined on 23 October 2002

 KUBA is headed by President, from June 2003 - Mr. Stanisław Basiewicz (CNH Polska), deputes are: Ms. Bożena Małczak (Rafako) and Zbigniew Szkudlarek (Apator), who toghether with first president, Mr. Tomasz Romanowski (Alstom Power), Alexandre Lubomirski and Przemysław Domański (BEELC) constituted the first KUBA’s Programme Committee.
