Software is born... and what next?
BEELC services are not finished with delivery of localised version of a system. The most important factor ensuring success of users is is high quality of support and maintenance services guaranteeing continuous accommodation of Infor (Baan) systems to changing business and legal environment as well as efficient and safe implementation and exploitation of Infor (Baan) systems.
BEELC, directly or through Infor partners renders support and maintenance services (OPS, One Point Support) for both standard and localised systems, and in case of need is always close to the user. This way we could be sure that:
Users are provided with all necessary updates in case of local legal framework change.
There is a local partner supporting the users and speaking - literally and metaphorically - ‘the same language’.
Feedback from the users is channeled to software designers, both of localised and standard versions.
BEELC supports and maintains in Poland nowadays more than 4300 Infor (Baan) licenses (named users equivalent) as well as supports international companies doing business in Poland (from e.g.: Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland and USA).
