Besides development of localisations of complex systems, its maintenance (OPS - One Point Support) and training BEELC offers as well, in co-operation with Infor and Infor (Baan) partners, various technical services, development services (design and programming) as well as implementation assistance.

BEELC offers as well technical services for Infor (Baan) partners and users:

• Interfacing

Development

BEELC could design and make system modifications (so called customisations). As, in our opinion, the systems might be modified only in case of real necessity, usually talks about systems modification / extensions begin with trial of finding a solution to user requirements within standard system (workaround, modification of business procedures). If this however fails - BEELC tries to minimise interference within standard system and preserves basic system logic.

Implementation assistance

BEELC could offer implementation assistance for Infor (Baan) partners and users. Such services are rendered in the following circumstances:

• markets / countries with insufficient supply of Infor ERP LN / Baan specialists,
• new products being localised by BEELC,
• new technologies
• issues related to localisation / local requirements
